Information we collect
AthleteLive receives the name, email address, account identifier, and profile image supplied by ChatGPT sign-in. We also store account preferences, follows, reactions, comments, reports, blocks, free giveaway entries, and the content an account chooses to publish.
Professional and public information
Verified professionals manage public team, athlete, and Sports Caster information through the separate Professional Portal. Team shops may send a user to a team-controlled checkout provider. AthleteLive does not receive or store payment-card details from those external checkout pages.
How information is used
- Operate account, profile, follow, feed, and notification features.
- Protect role boundaries and verified team relationships.
- Process free giveaway entries and preserve draw audit records.
- Investigate safety reports, abuse, fraud, and service failures.
- Display current sports data with source and freshness labels.
Storage, disclosure, and retention
Information is stored in the service infrastructure needed to run AthleteLive. It may be disclosed to service providers, a team-controlled integration selected by the user, or authorities when legally required. Retention periods must be finalized with the operating entity before public launch; deleted-account records may be retained only where required for security, disputes, or law.
Your controls
Fan account holders can export their account data or request deletion from Profile → Account & data. A linked professional profile must be deleted in the Professional Portal first so public authority, media, and team relationships are removed safely.
Children
AthleteLive is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create an account. The final public launch must include an operator-approved age-assurance and parental-consent process for any feature intended for minors.
